Increasingly occupational health contracts are retained and won based on the quality of the tender submission and this requires skill and expertise, both in understanding the specification itself, and also in how the written answers are provided. Large organisations have Bid Teams – a dedicated resource whose role is solely to write winning tenders. Compare that to many of us who need to be able to respond to tender opportunities whilst juggling the day job.

It makes sense therefore to have professional training in how to write effective tenders. Learn how to qualify the opportunity from a commercial perspective, create a tender plan so that other peoples’ contributions are clearly defined and timely, assess and provide answers to a myriad IT, legal, data and financial questions. And importantly, write the document so that those who are reading it feel informed, engaged and satisfied with each and every (scored) answer.

EOPH's workshop draws on a large knowledge-base and practical experience over many years. The time invested in this workshop will be invaluable and the tips and techniques gained easily applied in your own work setting so that your tender submissions are tangibly enhanced and business conversion can be tracked. The learning experience will be supplemented with a workbook.
