This masterclass with Lexxic will develop a depth of understanding for occupational professionals who want to learn more about how they can support neurodivergent people in the workplace. In addition to exploring the different types of neurodiverse conditions and their impact in the workplace, we will also develop an understanding with regard to the support and adjustments which can effectively support such employees at work.

Background
I am the founder of Lexxic Ltd, a consultancy I established in 2007, to work with public and private sector organisations to help them better understand Dyslexia and other related conditions to get the best out of their employees. I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and I am currently completing my training to become a neuro-psychologist.

Approach
As a dyslexic individual, I have been fortunate enough to receive support from the Dyslexia Centre at Nottingham University, and I am now passionate about helping other people with similar difficulties. I regularly lecture on different aspects of neurodiversity and I have developed a number of e-learning resources as well as having experience in delivering workshops.

My Role with EOPH
I work alongside the EOPH team to develop and deliver face to face training and online learning resources on neurodiversity, relevant to professionals in occupational health.
