We also offer Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) refresher courses which are designed to reinforce and update the skills and knowledge gained in the initial MHFA training. These courses ensure that Mental Health First Aiders remain confident and competent in their role, equipped with the latest information and best practices in mental health support. Through interactive sessions and practical exercises, participants revisit key concepts, learn about new developments in mental health care, and refresh their ability to recognise and respond to mental health issues effectively. By staying current, Mental Health First Aiders can continue to provide valuable support and contribute to a healthier, more resilient workplace environment.
